Blackboard Known Issue: Collecting/Printing from Discussion Board

Version affected: Blackboard 9.1 SP8 & SP9
Issue Description: The discussion board collect feature print preview only prints the first page even when it is set to print all pages. When you collect all entries in the Discussion Board Forum. Then you click print preview to print it only prints the first page.
Steps to Repeat:
- once in a course, click on discussion board in left nav
- click on forum
- click on thread
- click the select all so all posts in a thread are checked
- click collect
- all the posts should be listed which given how many should involve multiple pages if printed
- click print preview
- preview window opens along with the print box
- set print range to ALL if not already
- click OK to print
Expected – all posts should be printed
Observed – only the first page is printed

WORKAROUND:
The following is a chart of web browsers that shows in which instances to collect and print the discussion board threads.
2 NO’s for Mozilla? And IE gets 2 YES’. Imagine that.
I’m unable to find the issue on behind the blackboard – do you have an issue number or some way to see the blackboard plan to fix, etc.??
